Reason I use 61 instead 60 is due to a bug in the game,having 60 is smooth but make your hands grow large and anything over 61 will make lypsync off. Those tweaks work for me and may or may not work for you,but the " iFPSClamp=61 " might work for you with out tweak other stuff in the ini.
